Refund Policy – Ethereal Bloom

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to love your Ethereal Bloom experience. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:
Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged Item: Your order arrived broken or defective.
Non-Delivery: Your order never arrived.

Requirements:
Request must be made within 14 days of delivery or expected arrival.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email).
For damaged items, include photo or video evidence.

Not Refundable:
Change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
Misuse or mishandling of the product.
Items marked Final Sale or Non-Refundable.

Email support@etherealbloom.ca with your order details and evidence. We’ll review and respond with the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within a few days via your original payment method.

Note: We may inspect claims before issuing refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or undelivered.
